Drift away on a warm couch and feel the tension and stress leave your muscles as the relaxing massage strokes flow over your back, neck and shoulders. Choose two additional areas to be worked on, either your scalp and face or arms and hands. Using organic sunflower oil, or an aromatherapy blend of relaxing lavender and rosemary, your skin will feel moisturised and supple. Although pressure will be applied according to your preference, holistic massage tends to have relaxation and stress reduction as the main goal, and therefore typically includes lighter touch to be more soothing and calming.

During this treatment you will receive massage to the lower legs and feet, involving hands on stretching and massage along with the use of a stick to stimulate the reflex points. Thai foot massage balances the elements of the mind and body and stimulates the internal organs via the reflex points, giving the receiver a truly holistic and wonderfully relaxing treatment. The main benefits of Thai foot massage are seen as: improved circulation and lymphatic drainage; removal of toxins, detoxification and boost to the immune system; stress relief and improved sleep. This treatment relaxes the whole body via the reflex points in the feet and can be enjoyed in a semi reclined position, so it may be suitable for people wanting a deeply relaxing experience but who are unable to lay flat on a massage couch comfortably.
A deeply relaxing treatment specifically designed for young people (aged 14 to 18). This treatment includes gentle massage to the upper back, neck, shoulders and scalp. Additional or alternative areas can be massaged and this can be discussed during consultation. The treatment may be especially beneficial for anyone experiencing stress, perhaps due to exam or other pressures and can help to aid restful sleep. Please note, that a parent or guardian must accompany the young person to the appointment, sign a consent form, and remain in the treatment room during the session. Seating and a hot drink can be provided in the treatment room for the guardian - perhaps relax with a book or a magazine while you wait.
